What do I need to bring to my notary appointment?
Please bring valid, government-issued photo identification (e.g., driver’s license, passport) and any supporting documents related to the document you wish to notarize.

 

Can you notarize a document that is already signed?
No. A notary must witness the signing of your document in person. If you have already signed the document, it will need to be reprinted and signed in front of the notary.

 

Do you offer certified true copies of documents?
Yes. We can certify true copies of documents. Please bring both the original document and the photocopy you wish to have certified.

 

Do you offer remote or virtual notary services?
Remote notarization is permitted under certain circumstances. Please contact us to confirm if your documents are eligible for remote notarization.

 

How much do your notary services cost?
Our pricing is competitive and based on the type and number of documents to be notarized. The fee starts at $50 for first notarization and $25 for every subsequent notarization at the same appointment. HST is not yet included in the rate.
