BIO
Apol Apuntar is a licensed paralegal practicing in immigration, refugee, employment, and human rights law. He completed his secondary education at The Sisters of Mary School, a tuition-free school for children from economically disadvantaged families, and holds a Bachelor of Science in Accountancy from Philippine Christian University and a Paralegal Diploma with honours from triOS College.
With over two decades of experience in immigration practice, Apol represents clients in refugee claims, ID and IAD proceedings, as well as workplace harassment, wrongful dismissal, and discrimination matters. He is also actively involved in migrant and refugee rights advocacy through Migrante Canada, Migrant Resource Centre Canada and the Canadian Council for Refugees.

Rowena Andrade

Apuntar Legal Services collaborates with a Regulated Canadian Immigration Consultant (RCIC) to assist clients with Canadian immigration matters. Our affiliated RCIC is the Managing Director of RRJ Global Canada Immigration Inc. and is licensed and in good standing with the College of Immigration and Citizenship Consultants.
Rowena is a dynamic and accomplished RCIC-IRB with much knowledge in immigration law and regulations. Holding a bachelor’s degree in business administration major in Accounting from the University of the East, Manila, Philippines, a master’s degree program in business administration from University Canada West, and a Graduate Diploma in Immigration and Citizenship Law from the Queens University. Rowena has demonstrated an exceptional level of expertise and dedication to the field of education and immigration law.

Apuntar Legal Services is a paralegal practice regulated by the Law Society of Ontario.
Immigration consulting services are provided exclusively by the RCIC under her own professional license and regulatory authority.
Apuntar Legal Services does not provide immigration advice under its paralegal licence. All immigration advice, application preparation, and authorized representation before federal immigration authorities are delivered by the RCIC in accordance with the rules, Code of Professional Conduct, and regulatory framework governing Regulated Canadian Immigration Consultants.
Clients who retain immigration services will enter into a retainer agreement directly with the RCIC or her immigration practice, as required under CICC regulations.
Our Collaborative Approach
Where a client’s matter involves both legal and immigration components, we coordinate professionally to ensure clarity, efficiency, and compliance. Each professional remains independently regulated and responsible for their respective scope of practice.
